The Work

What white glove actually looks like.

Wrapped at the warehouse, moved on wheels, and placed to the plan. These are our crews on real install days.

Our Standard

The team that earned its reputation one delivery at a time.

Trade Receiving grew out of the warehouse and delivery operation behind Seville Home, one of Kansas City's most trusted fine-furniture showrooms. For years this crew delivered pieces that clients waited months for, into homes that designers staked their names on. Now that same team, and that same standard of care, works for the entire design trade.

White glove is not a service tier here. It is the only way we handle furniture.

The Designer Firewall

Your client is your client.

A receiving partner sits inside your client relationships. We drew a hard line around them.

  • Is my client or account information shared with anyone? No. Account information is confidential, full stop. We have a range of customers across the design and construction industry. Your inventory, shipping details, customer lists, and financial information are all kept strictly confidential.
  • We never market to your clientsThe homeowners we deliver to hear from us about scheduling and nothing else. Client contact details exist for delivery day only.
  • Your business stays confidentialSidemarks, sources, and pricing are private to your account. What moves through our warehouse is nobody's business but yours.
